As the oldest and most experienced SolidWorks reseller in the Maryland / Delaware / Virginia / North Carolina / South Carolina / Georgia area, TriMech has quite a reputation to live up to. As engineers ourselves, we know how frustrating it can be with a deadline looming, waiting for someone to call you back.

We constantly strive to have the most varied and up-to-date methods to allow users to help themselves or to get the help that they need.

Options for obtaining technical support:

The core reason for TriMech’s success over the years has been our commitment to technically supporting our loyal client base. Unlike most SolidWorks resellers, we have a dedicated technical support staff whose job it is to answer your technical questions and problems in the shortest time possible. There are 3 options to contact tech support.

If your files are over 5 MB, please call us for instructions on how to place them on our secure FTP server.

Option 2

Telephone: 1- (888) TriMech

This is the FASTEST way to receive help.
